DUBAI – Skydive Dubai has officially reopened following a month-long shutdown, bringing back one of the city’s most sought-after bucket list experiences.
To mark its reopening, Skydive Dubai also carried out a ‘Raise the Flag’ jump at 13,000 feet above Palm Jumeirah, set against the backdrop of the emirate’s coastline. The symbolic jump highlighted the resumption of operations as the attraction welcomes back residents and visitors alike.
Its return is also marked with a limited-time promotion aimed at UAE residents, offering added value for those planning a weekend adventure.
With operations resuming under a safety-focused framework, visitors can once again take in aerial views of Dubai’s most iconic landscapes.
The offer
Between Friday April 24 and Sunday May 3, customers booking a tandem skydive can bring a friend along for a second jump at no additional cost. The base price starts from Dh2,199, effectively covering two participants under the promotional deal.
The offer is open to UAE residents, although the accompanying guest does not need to hold residency and may be visiting as a tourist. A valid Emirates ID must be presented by the person making the booking to secure the promotional rate. The deal is non-refundable and does not apply to prior reservations.
Jump details
Flights take off from 13,000 feet above Palm Jumeirah, offering views of the coastline and the city skyline. Tandem jumps at the Palm Dropzone operate between Friday and Sunday each week, while the Desert Campus runs sessions from Wednesday through Sunday.
Operating hours begin at 9am for the Palm location and 8am for the desert site. All activities are conducted in coordination with relevant authorities, following a structured approach prioritising safety.
